Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Product Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is assessed to be damaged, faulty or incorrect, you will have the option of a full refund or replacement.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as fragrances) and sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about an item - we do not offer refunds, but we do offer exchanges. In the case where the values of the original and replacement item differ - any value owed to you will be refunded, and any value owed to Cakey Sportsman will be invoiced to you. In cases where you are invoiced, the invoice must be paid before the new item is sent out to you.
Cakey Sportsman will cover original item return costs, however the buyer is responsible for all new shipping costs associated with getting the new/replacement item delivered to them.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for items that are delivered with faults or damage, sizing issues and change of mind (see above). Please note, a sizing issue will first try to be resolved with an exchange, and if that does not work (eg we do not have the required size in stock), then a refund will be offered.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will post out the replacement item.
Refunds
Refunds are only available for faulty items only. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds may be offered for sizing issues in some cases eg if we do not have the replacement size in stock.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE:
Only items purchased on the Cakey Sportsman website can be returned to cakeysportsman.com for refund or exchange. Items purchased in a physical store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Responsibility will not be accepted for lost or damaged incoming parcels, which remain the property of the customer until they are received by Cakey Sportsman. Parcels/items sent after 14 days will not be accepted.
