the ocean multiwear skirt top is a flowing blue and beige frilly mesh piece made from a soft dead-stock double layer mesh with a subtle oceanic woven swirl pattern. extremely stretchy and extremely versatile, you can wear it four different ways:

skirt: high waist or fold down to low waist
boob tube: pull it up and wear as a strapless top
off the shoulder: pull it onto one shoulder for a relaxed, draped look
halter: flip it upside down and tie the skirt tips around your neck
